This Privacy Policy explains how Precise Services, LLC, doing business as Precise Petcare ("Precise Petcare," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and handles information through the Precise Petcare website, software, and mobile applications.
Information we collect
Depending on how Precise Petcare is used, we may collect:
Account information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, and business information;
Information entered into the Service, including client and pet records, schedules, messages, photographs, notes, invoices, and other business information;
Device information, such as device manufacturer, model, operating system, app version, and technical identifiers;
Precise or approximate device location when location-enabled app features are used;
Usage, diagnostic, security, and log information; and
Information provided when contacting support.
How we use information
We use information to:
Provide and operate Precise Petcare;
Authenticate users and maintain account security;
Display schedules, client information, visit information, messages, and other account content;
Support GPS and location-related visit features;
Process requests and communicate with users;
Provide customer support;
Diagnose errors and improve the Service;
Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
Comply with legal obligations.
Location information is used to provide location-related Service features, including recording or verifying pet care visits. We do not use location information for advertising.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, at the direction of the business using Precise Petcare, or as required by law.
Information may be shared with:
The pet care business that created or administers the user's account;
Authorized users of that business;
Hosting, infrastructure, security, communication, mapping, payment, app-distribution, and technical service providers;
Third-party services connected by the business using Precise Petcare; and
Government authorities or other parties when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
These providers receive only the information needed to perform services on our behalf.
Location permissions
The Precise Petcare mobile app requests location access when needed for location-related features.
Users can control location permission through their device settings. Disabling location access may prevent location-related features from working correctly.
Where required, the app provides an additional disclosure before requesting location permission.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.
Information transmitted between supported applications and our systems is encrypted in transit. No system can guarantee complete security.
Data retention
We retain information while an account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
Following account cancellation or termination, Customer Data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Limited records may be retained longer for legal compliance, financial records, fraud prevention, security, backups, or dispute resolution.
Account and data deletion
The pet care business that administers an account controls most user and business information. Users may request that the account administrator correct or delete their information.

A deletion request must include enough information for us to identify and verify the account. Deleting an individual user account does not automatically cancel the pet care business's paid subscription.
When an account is deleted, associated personal information is deleted unless it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial-record, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Children's privacy
Precise Petcare is business software and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
International users
Information is processed and stored in the United States. Users outside the United States understand that their information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting the revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version.
