A number of income and staff pay reports/charts can be generated to give valuable insight into your company's operations. Reports provide important information such as the By Assignment reports to show when income was made and the By Billing reports which are best used for cash flow and tax purposes.
Surcharges are a powerful way for you to automatically add extra fees and/or pay to visits based on preset conditions. Common surcharges include surcharges for holidays, weekends, specific times of day, locations, and last minute requests. You can also create a variety of custom surcharges.
Overall the software is leaps and bounds closer to our dream software than anything on the market. Robust set of features and has already cut down time on the management side. Easy for the staff to use as well.

I have been finding my way around the system quite well, it is incredibly user friendly, it offers a lot of options but you have scaled it to not be overwhelming! I have heard 99% of the time only positive comments from our clients, only one "complaint" and he hasn't even used it yet. LOL!

My managers LOVE it!!!! I also have been INCREDIBLY pleased from a management standpoint. I've been out of town and have had to use the app on my phone for most things.
